Recruitment process

Python Developer - CSIS Development  

We are looking for an experienced developer to take a lead of the development and support of one of our services.

Full time position is available immediately.

We expect you to have at least 3 years of development experience and a solid interest in programming and system development. Experience and interest in system architecture and IT security in general would be a plus.  You are enthusiastic, dedicated and self-driven. You can take projects from start, develop and complete them with the right specifications, quality and budget.

CSIS will in exchange give you a highly-relevant developer job with competitive remuneration and the environment that is productive, supportive and fun. You would be joining an experienced team of 15 highly skilled colleagues located in our office in Central Copenhagen.

The working hours are flexible during weekdays.  We are following agile development cycles for new development and running our systems in DevOPS fashion with CI/CD as integral part of the day-to-day work. The department is developing products and services primarily in Python, both for our clients and for the internal use. You should expect some peer training during normal business hours for the initial period of employment.

Key functions/role
Development and architectural tasks, design and implementation of services and solutions, maintaining and responding to issues in our systems. Using GitHub for code development, reviews and management.

Minimum qualifications

  • Deep programming experience. We use Python and a sprinkle of Rust and Go
  • Proven pragmatic and elegant problem solving skills
  • RDBMS skills on a high level (We use PostgreSQL)
  • Javascript/HTML/CSS a plus
  • Strong opinions on quality and good architectural practic

Other requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Candidate must be able to pass a background investigation
  • Relocation to Denmark will be required if the successful candidate is currently located elsewhere

Sales Executive – IT Security 

We are proud to have a loyal and expanding customer base, and we are therefore searching for a new sales executive to be an allied in the market of security solutions for existing and new potential clients. We sell through partner networks and directly to large accounts.  We offer an exciting job working with the frontier of IT Security offering professional, agile services based on our exceptional threat intelligence with a guaranteed cyber security return of investment to our clients.  We offer a vibrant, international work environment with a flat organizational hierarchy and the entrepreneurial spirit very much alive.

As a sales executive with us you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead follow up

  • Sales meetings

  • Proof of concept setup

  • Contract negotiation

  • Overview of implementation management

  • Account management

The person we are looking for has the following qualifications and skills 

  • Strong business background with at least 5 years’ experience working with large accounts

  • Relevant business education, e.g. cand.merc. or HD

  • Ability and patience to develop and maintain client focus and long-term professional relationships

  • Positive, capable and genuine attitude

  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English

  • Experience from the IT security industry is a plus but not a prerequisite

  • Able to pass an extensive security and background check

We occasionally accept interns
